We personally meet with each client and work very closely with the client, family and healthcare provider to customize a plan of service as well as choosing the best caregiver for each client.

Consultation

We meet with you and/or your loved ones in the comfort of your own home to listen and learn about your needs and we develop a plan of care together.

After our conversation we find the ideal match from our team of qualified caregivers.

Formal Introduction

At the start of service we personally introduce our selected caregiver to ensure the match is just right.

If it was not for CFMAH, they would have had to leave their house and go to assisted living.We have someone coming in to help them five days a week for three hours a day. Just that help in prepping meals, helping with laundry and simply being a companion to my grandparents is worth every penny.Not only is the onsite caretaker amazing, the staff at the office are extremely responsive.
